Beet Juice

Refreshing beet juice with apple, carrot, ginger and citrus is packed with antioxidants, iron, and vitamins for a natural energy boost.

Ingredients

  • 2 red beets, peeled and diced
  • 1 large gala or fuji apple, cored and diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 1 lemon, peeled and diced
  • 1 orange, peeled and diced
  • 1 Persian cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1- inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 Pinch of sumac, about ½ teaspoon, optional

Instructions

  1. Juicer method: Run the beets, apple, carrots, lemon, orange, cucumber, and ginger through your juicer. Pour and enjoy
  2. Blender method: Add the beets, apples, carrots, citrus, cucumber, and ginger to your blender. Add 1 cup of water. Close the lid and blend on medium-high speed until everything is fully liquified. Strain through a fine mesh strainer before serving.
