Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 6 yellow onion peels
- 2 tablespoons ground coffee
- water
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a large saucepan. Cover them generously with water and bring to a boil over low heat.
- Simmer for at least 10 hours or overnight on low heat.
- Peel and slice.
- Serve as is or as a garnish for stews.
