Ingredients
For the Salad
- 5 ounces baby spinach leaves
- 5 ounces mixed greens or romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup toasted chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
For the Vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl or on a serving platter combine all of the salad ingredients.
- In a jar with a lid or glass measuring cup shake or whisk together all of the vinaigrette ingredients. Top the salad with the vinaigrette or serve it on the side.

Notes
- This salad is best if it is made the same day it is served so that the pecans stay crunchy, and the berries don't bleed on the lettuce.
