Berry Orange Smoothie

This berry orange smoothie is super refreshing and packed with protein!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 3/4 cup Friendship dairies cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place berries, cottage cheese, orange juice, flax seeds, honey and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide into glasses and serve at once.
