Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 3/4 cup Friendship dairies cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place berries, cottage cheese, orange juice, flax seeds, honey and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide into glasses and serve at once.
