Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen (if frozen, do not thaw
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 banana frozen, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup milk unsweetened, any variety will work
- 1 cup yogurt vanilla bean, full fat or low fat will work
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ice handful
Instructions
- Place ingredients in the body of a blender and pulse until smooth.
