Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen (if frozen, do not thaw
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 banana frozen, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup milk unsweetened, any variety will work
  • 1 cup yogurt vanilla bean, full fat or low fat will work
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ice handful

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in the body of a blender and pulse until smooth.
