BERRY REFRESHER

A refreshing berry refresher made with mixed berries, lemon juice, and a touch of sweetness, perfect for a cool drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup Ice cubes
  • fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the mixed berries, cold water (or coconut water), honey (if using), and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses filled with ice cubes.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves and extra berries if desired.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
