Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1 cup cold water or coconut water
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ cup Ice cubes
- fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mixed berries, cold water (or coconut water), honey (if using), and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with mint leaves and extra berries if desired.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
