Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach rinsed
  • 1 cup mixed berries frozen
  • ½ cup pineapple frozen
  • ½ cup peaches frozen
  • 2 teaspoons Meta Appetite Control

Toppings:

  • 4 strawberries sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • ¼ almonds sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. To a blender, add the coconut milk, spinach, berries, pineapple, peaches, and Meta Appetite Control.
  2. Puree until smooth. (You may need to pause blending and give everything a mix once or twice.)
  3. Pour smoothie into a bowl.
  4. Arrange toppings over the smoothie in rows.
  5. Drizzle honey over the top and serve immediately.
