Berry Smoothies

This berry smoothie is one of my favorite recipes because it tastes like summer in a glass. And, it only takes 5 minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz frozen mixed berries
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Get out and measure your ingredients.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend on HIGH.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy every sip!

Notes

  • Berries - use whatever type of berries that your family prefers such as strawberries or blueberries, etc.
  • Ice Cream - use yogurt in place of ice cream for a healthier smoothie option.
  • Milk - use milk in place of heavy whipping cream if you don't want to make a trip to the store.
  • Fruits - add in other fruits like pineapple, mango, or any other fruit that you enjoy.
  • Chia Seeds - add in a tablespoon of chia seeds to your smoothies for added nutrition and flavor.
  • Protein Powder - add in a scoop of vanilla or plain protein powder for added protein to this smoothie.
