Ingredients
- 6 cups spinach
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-low heat, toast the pecans until golden and fragrant. Set them aside to cool at room temperature.
- Place the spinach, blueberries, sliced strawberries, toasted pecans, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil with balsamic vinegar and garlic.
