Ingredients

  • 1 apple (core removed & quartered)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 coops scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1-2 cups ice to thicken (more or less to reach desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Add more ice for a thicker consistency.
  2. Pour into two tall glasses to serve.
