																							Ingredients
- 1 apple (core removed & quartered)
 - 1 banana
 - 1 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
 - 2 coops scoop vanilla protein powder
 - ¼ cup oats
 - 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 - ½ teaspoon nutmeg
 - ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
 - 1-2 cups ice to thicken (more or less to reach desired consistency)
 
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Add more ice for a thicker consistency.
 - Pour into two tall glasses to serve.
