Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese , softened
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup cayenne pepper sauce Frank's RedHot brand
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded sharp
  • 2 cups chicken shredded, cooked
  • 6 ounces blue cheese optional, crumbles
For Serving
  • 4 celery cut into sticks, ribs
  • 4 carrot cut into sticks
  • 1 baguette sliced
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8x8 pan.
  2. Use a hand mixer to beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in bleu cheese dressing, hot sauce, cheddar cheese, and cooked chicken until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Spread cheese mixture out into the prepared pan. Top with crumbled bleu cheese. Bake in the prepared pan for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Meanwhile, cut celery into sticks and slice baguette.
  5. Serve dip hot with celery sticks and baguette slices for dipping.
