Ingredients
- 1 pound heirloom tomatoes ripe and cut into half, or Roma or cherry tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella sliced
- 1/2 cup basil fresh leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar reduction
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar optional
- 2 tablespoons pesto optional
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt freshly ground
