Ingredients

  • 1 pound heirloom tomatoes ripe and cut into half, or Roma or cherry tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 1/2 cup basil fresh leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar reduction
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar optional
  • 2 tablespoons pesto optional
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt freshly ground
  • black pepper freshly ground
