Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk (5 ounce can)
  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips (12 ounce bag)
  • (1) 7 oz. jar Jet Puffed Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9"x13" with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a double boiler, bring sugar, butter and evaporated milk to a rolling boil over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly (temp should read 212 Fahrenheit on a candy thermometer).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. Stir until completely melted.
  4. Add vanilla and mix well. If you are using nuts, add them now, too.
  5. Pour into prepared pan and let cool completely.
  6. Lift foil out of pan and cut into small squares.

Notes

  • Remember, the nuts are completely optional. You are going to love this recipe for fudge!
