Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk (5 ounce can)
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips (12 ounce bag)
- (1) 7 oz. jar Jet Puffed Marshmallow Creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Line a 9"x13" with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a double boiler, bring sugar, butter and evaporated milk to a rolling boil over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly (temp should read 212 Fahrenheit on a candy thermometer).
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. Stir until completely melted.
- Add vanilla and mix well. If you are using nuts, add them now, too.
- Pour into prepared pan and let cool completely.
- Lift foil out of pan and cut into small squares.
Notes
- Remember, the nuts are completely optional. You are going to love this recipe for fudge!
