Made with coconut-flavored Malibu rum, this sweet cocktail is a summer BBQ must. No summertime fiesta is complete without this refreshing, Caribbean cocktail on the table.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 4 ounces orange juice
  • 2 ounces grenadine
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange slices and maraschino cherries optional for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a medium jar, pour in Malibu coconut rum and orange juice.
  2. Stir to mix.
  3. In a cocktail glass, add ice.
  4. Pour in Malibu drink mixture. Add grenadine.
  5. Garnish with orange slices. Serve and enjoy!
