Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers peeled and thinly sliced into rounds
- ¼ red onion thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder optional
Instructions
