- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika smoked or regular
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
