Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups frozen spinach
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup your favorite fruit mango, strawberries, etc.

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in your blender.
  2. Blend at low speed and gradually increase to high speed.
  3. Blend for 50 to 60 seconds, until smooth.
  4. Transfer to your regular smoothie glass and enjoy!
