Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tsp sweetener (optional)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and mix until well combined.
  2. If items were not frozen beforehand, add ½ cup ice to make it cold.
  3. This makes about 2 -3 cups.
