This is the BEST guacamole recipe – a simple, no-fuss recipe that uses quality ingredients to create a mouthwatering dip that pairs perfectly with chips, tacos, burritos and more!

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados seeded and peeled
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons diced Roma tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon seeded and diced jalapeno optional
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
- 1 thinly sliced green onion optional
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Place avocado and lime juice into a mixing bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper and mash until desired consistency is achieved.
- Add tomatoes, red onion, garlic, seeded jalapeno (if using). Fold together until fully incorporated.
- Add cilantro and green onion.
- Fold together until fully combined. Season with more salt and pepper as needed and serve.
