Ingredients

  • 1 large pineapple fresh
  • 2 pounds strawberries
  • 4 large kiwi
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice about 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar or honey
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

  1. For the pineapple, slice the ends off 1 large fresh pineapple and cut away the peel. Cut the fruit away from the core and dice into bite-sized cubes. Strawberries:
  2. For the strawberries, rinse them thoroughly, hull them to remove the stems, and cut the big strawberries into slices or quarters.
  3. For the kiwis, slice them in half and use a spoon to remove the fruit from the peel. Cut into bite-sized wedges.
  4. Combine all the prepared fruit in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle1/4 cup lemon juice over fruit. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon poppy seeds over and then stir gently to combine.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
