This Tropical Smoothie blends pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut milk, banana, mango, and pineapple along with vanilla yogurt and extract for a smooth, creamy fruit beverage. Lime zest and juice add brightness, while optional vanilla protein powder enhances nutritional content. The smoothie is served cold, optionally garnished with skewered pineapple and mango with mint and lime.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 1 large banana sliced
- 1 cup Mango frozen or fresh - cubed
- 1 cup pineapple frozen or fresh - cubed
- lime zest of 1
- lime juice of 1
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 coop protein powder optional, vanilla
Garnish:
- pineapple mint sprigs, lime, on skewers
- Mango mint sprigs, lime, on skewers
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and add optional garnishes if desired.
