Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 large banana sliced
  • 1 cup Mango frozen or fresh - cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen or fresh - cubed
  • zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 coop vanilla protein powder optional
Garnish:
  • Skewers of pineapple and mango mint sprigs, lime

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and add optional garnishes if desired.
