Ingredients

  • 2-5 ounce cans Albacore tuna , drained
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Optional Sandwich Ingredients: sliced red onion , romaine lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced avocado

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, red onion, celery, apple, parsley, dill, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toast the slices of bread and spread butter on one side of each slice.
  3. Spoon the tuna salad mixture onto two slices of the bread, spreading it evenly.
  4. Top each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side facing out.
  5. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
