Ingredients
- 2-5 ounce cans Albacore tuna , drained
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/8 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread
- Optional Sandwich Ingredients: sliced red onion , romaine lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced avocado
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, red onion, celery, apple, parsley, dill, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Toast the slices of bread and spread butter on one side of each slice.
- Spoon the tuna salad mixture onto two slices of the bread, spreading it evenly.
- Top each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side facing out.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
