Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup orange juice (may add 1 cup)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 to 4 Tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
To Fold-in:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for whipping)
- 1 to 2 apple grated or diced
- brown sugar

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add rolled oats, orange juice, milk, honey, yogurt, and vanilla and stir until combined. Cover the bowl or place in a large jar. Place in the refrigerator and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, whip 1/2 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the bircher muesli. Fold in grated or diced apples.
- Top with a generous amount of brown sugar and fruits, nuts, seeds, or dried fruits. May drizzle with honey.
- Store in the refrigerator in covered container for up to 5 days.

- Store soaked oats refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days; consume earlier for firmer texture.
