Notes
- I highly doubt you'll have any leftovers from this delicious birria pizza but if you want to store it, let the pizza cool to room temperature. Slice the pizza and put it in an airtight container. You can store it in the refrigerator for 4 days. You can reheat it in your oven for 5-8 minutes to make it taste fresh.
- Chose between store bought (least recommended), No Knead Pizza Dough (recommended) or Pizza Dough Recipe (recommended).
- When making Birria Tacos or Lamb Birria, always make extra because you'll need the leftovers for today's recipe or for Birria Ramen.
- Use your favorite type of cheese (s) here.
- Aways start with a layer of cheese over the dough instead of sauce to avoid a soggy pizza.
- Add topping twice to your pizza for the ultimate flavor! Add some before baking, and keep other toppings to add right after the pizza is out of the oven.
- Baking pizza is a science-read all about it in the Pizza dough posts above to decide on the wait ties, baking times and temperatures.

- My ultimate favorite way to reheat pizza is using the air fryer! You can read all about that in this Air Fryer Pizza post--another must try recipe!
