Birria Ramen

Tender birria beef slow cooks all day before getting tossed with ramen noodles and toppings in this Birria Ramen recipe. This is always a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds stew beef
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 ounce envelope birria seasoning packet
  • 4 cups water or beef stock
  • 10.75 ounce box ramen noodles
  • toppings soft boiled egg, cilantro, onion, lime, jalapeno

Instructions

  1. To your slow cooker add the stew beef, onion, garlic, birria seasoning packet and water.
  2. Slow cook on low for 4-6 hours until the stew beef is tender.
  3. 20 minutes before serving add the ramen and cover and cook until the ramen is tender.
  4. Serve in bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
