Biscoff Cookie Butter Latte

This easy Biscoff Cookie Butter latte is a delicious coffee drink that is sweet with flavors of warm spices, like a hug in a cup.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strongly brewed coffee
  • 1-2 tablespoons Biscoff spread or Cookie Butter
  • 1/4 cup steamed milk
  • Biscoff cookie crumbs optional

Instructions

  1. Steam 1/4 cup of milk using a milk frother or heating the milk in the microwave then shaking it in a mason jar.
  2. Pull 1 shot of espresso or brew 1/2 cup of strong coffee.
  3. To a coffee cup, add coffee or espresso, along with 1-2 tablespoons of Biscoff spread or your favorite cookie butter. Stir together.
  4. Top with steamed milk and Biscoff cookie crumbs.
