Ingredients

  • 12 Biscuits
  • 12 eggs cooked, see note
  • 4 sausage patties
  • 4 trips Bacon
  • 4 lices ham
  • 12 lices cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook biscuits, eggs, and meat. If desired, use this easy homemade biscuit recipe and this easy sheet pan eggs recipe to cook them all at once.
  2. Slice biscuits in half.
  3. Top with one of the meat choices, egg, and cheese. Repeat until all sandwiches are made.
To Freeze
  1. Wrap sandwiches individually and place in a freezer container or bag.
To Reheat
  1. To reheat, wrap sandwich in a damp paper towel and microwave for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
