Ingredients

  • 1 15- ounce can black beans
  • 1 15- ounce can corn or about 1 ½ cups frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 small red onion finely chopped
  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper finely diced
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • ¼ - ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove minced or pushed through garlic press
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • juice from 1 lime

Instructions
