- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- 1 large tomato chopped
- 1 Jalapeno pepper finely diced
- 1 red pepper chopped
- ¼ - ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 garlic clove minced or pushed through garlic press

- ½ teaspoon cumin

- juice from 1 lime
