- 15 ounces black beans (drained)
- 2 cups whole kernel corn (frozen or canned)
- 1 large tomato (diced)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- cilantro leaves (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
