Black Bean Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces black beans (drained)
  • 2 cups whole kernel corn (frozen or canned)
  • 1 large tomato (diced)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • cilantro leaves (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Make sure to unthaw your corn first if using frozen, everything used should be room temperature.
  2. In a large bowl, gently mix all of the ingredients together.
