Black Bean Dip
This Black Bean Dip is the perfect dish to make in a flash for a quick and healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans drained and rinsed, 15 ounces each
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped, fresh
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 jalapeño seeds removed and diced, small
- 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin ground
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve immediately or chill until serving.
