Ingredients

  • 15 ounces canned black beans drained and rinsed well
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Add beans, garlic, cumin, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, and kosher salt to a food processor.
  2. Puree in food processor until smooth.
