Black Currant Gelatin Cubes Made from Black Currant Concentrate

Firm gelatin cubes made with blackcurrent concentrate are delicious and very nutritious.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 cup water (boiling)
  • 1 gelatin packet
  • 3 Tbsp sugar (up to 5, depending on how sweet you like it)
  • 2 Tbsp black currant syrup concentrate

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin and sugar in the boiling water then add the black currant syrup. Taste for sweetness.
  2. Refrigerate the gelatin until set. Run a knife around the edges then cut into cubes.

Notes

  • These are great for skin, hair and nails.
