  • 5 or 6 tbsp black olives I used Kalamata, sliced
  • 2 sage leaves
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • You can refrigerate it and store it for 4 or 5 days.
