Black Pepper Sauce
This black pepper sauce combines beef broth, garlic, onion, and a blend of seasonings to achieve a flavorful, thickened sauce. It is made by stir-frying garlic and onion, then simmering the combined ingredients until thick. Ingredients
- 1 can beef broth 14.50z (411g)
- 5 cloves garlic
- ½ onion small (2 oz)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ tablespoon brown sugar
- ¾ teaspoon black pepper Ground (suggest add ¼ teaspoon and to your taste)
Instructions
- Peel and mince 5 cloves of garlic.
- Cut ½ small onion (2 oz) into pieces.
- After that, add 1 can of beef broth (14.5 oz), 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, ½ tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, ½ tablespoon of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, and ¾ teaspoon of black pepper to a container and mix it well.
- Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a non-stick pan; stir-fry minced garlic and chopped onion for a little bit (2 minutes). And add ⅛ teaspoon of salt.
- Pour the mixture from step 3 into the pan, cook, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Keep stirring the sauce until it's thickened.

- Mince garlic and chop onion into small pieces for even cooking and flavor release.
- Combine beef broth, seasonings, sugar, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and flour until well mixed before adding to the pan.
- Simmer the sauce while stirring until thickened to develop rich flavor and desired consistency.
