Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or water I used almond milk
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup blackberries frozen
  • 1/2 banana frozen

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk (or liquid of your choice), protein powder and fruits to a blender and pulse until ingredients are well blended. If you used fresh fruits, add ice if you want a thicker beverage.
