  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup blackberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
