Blackberry Smoothie
This delicious blackberry smoothie full of blackberries, bananas and vanilla flavor will become your new favorite way to wake up.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup almond milk unsweetened; or any nondairy milk
- 1 coop fiber protein powder F-Factor brand
- 1 cup blackberries frozen
- 1 /2 banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Truvia to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into the blender in the order they are listed. I like to add the ice and almond milk first so the protein powder does not get stuck in the bottom.
- Blend well on high until combined.
- Test the consistency and taste. If you want it thinner add more almond milk. Need it sweeter? Add more truvia. Enjoy with fresh berries!
Notes
- You can use any milk - dairy or non dairy in this recipe.
- Feel free to switch up the extract - try almond extract. So good!
