Blackened Seasoning Recipe

Our all-time favorite blackening spice blend is easy to make with thyme, oregano, garlic, cayenne, and a surprise ingredient!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
