Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or your favorite non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup rolled oats certifed GF if needed
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup, coconut sugar, or sweetener of choice or more to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons hemp hearts
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • handful of Ice cubes

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds. Taste and adjust sweetness and flavor as desired.
  2. Pour into a travel mug. Top with extra cinnamon, if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Enjoy now or refrigerate until chilled.
  • Best consumed within 24 hours of blending.
  • Substitutions: Sub chia seeds if you like, but if not consumed right away the drink will thicken as it sits. Chia seeds also don't break down as well in the blender, so the drink will have more texture than when made with hemp seeds.
