Blistered Shishito Peppers

Blistered Shishito Peppers are lightly charred peppers cooked quickly in olive oil with a splash of soy sauce, Maggi seasoning, and lime juice. The peppers develop blistered skins with a tender bite and a balanced savory and citrusy glaze. While most shishitos are mild with a slight sweetness, occasional peppers deliver a mild heat, adding interest to this simple appetizer or snack.
