Blistered Tomatoes
Blistered Tomatoes feature cherry tomatoes cooked in olive oil until their skins blister and soften, enhanced by minced garlic and fresh basil. This straightforward method highlights the fresh flavors of the tomatoes, creating a versatile side or topping for various dishes.
