Ingredients

  • 1 pound Bacon
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 1 talk romaine lettuce diced
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 8 lices of bread toasted

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cook bacon extra crispy. Chop and add to a large bowl.
  2. Add tomato and lettuce to bowl with bacon and mix in the mayo. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. To serve, toast bread to desired browning. Cut bread corner to corner and serve with cold dip. ENJOY!

Notes

  • Bacon. We use this guide on how to cook bacon in the oven. Make it extra crispy since it will soften slightly in the dip!
  • If we're having a party with friends, I usually double this dip, because it will go fast!
  • Optional add-ins: green onion, extra bacon, shredded cheddar.
  • Storage: Keep blt dip in airtight container in refrigerator. Best when eaten within 3 days.
  • Make it in advance. Cook the bacon, cut the veggies, and keep in containers. Assemble right before serving.
