Ingredients
- 1 pound Bacon
- 1 large tomato diced
- 1 talk romaine lettuce diced
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 8 lices of bread toasted
Instructions
- Cook bacon extra crispy. Chop and add to a large bowl.
- Add tomato and lettuce to bowl with bacon and mix in the mayo. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To serve, toast bread to desired browning. Cut bread corner to corner and serve with cold dip. ENJOY!

Notes
- Bacon. We use this guide on how to cook bacon in the oven. Make it extra crispy since it will soften slightly in the dip!
- If we're having a party with friends, I usually double this dip, because it will go fast!
- Optional add-ins: green onion, extra bacon, shredded cheddar.
- Storage: Keep blt dip in airtight container in refrigerator. Best when eaten within 3 days.
- Make it in advance. Cook the bacon, cut the veggies, and keep in containers. Assemble right before serving.
