BLT Guacamole
BLT Guacamole combines ripe mashed avocados with crispy bacon, crunchy romaine lettuce, juicy grape tomatoes, green onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and sea salt. This variation adds fresh vegetable and savory bacon elements to traditional guacamole, creating a chunky, flavorful dip with contrasting textures and bright, savory notes.
Ingredients
- 3 avocado ripe
- 1 cup romaine lettuce roughly chopped
- 10 grape tomatoes quartered
- 4 pieces Bacon
- 1 green onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon cilantro chopped
- 1 garlic minced, cloves
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper, then place the bacon side-by-side on the tray and cook for 15-18 minutes or until it's reached your desired level of crispiness.
- Remove the tray from the oven and transfer the bacon with tongs to a paper towel-lined plate and let cool.
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit and use a large spoon to scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork and make it as chunky or smooth as you'd like.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir together.
