BLT Ranch Croissants

A little twist on the typical bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich, but with ranch dressing and served on a croissant!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium croissants
  • 1 cup Prepared ranch dressing
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 8 lices tomato
  • 1 pound cooked, sliced bacon

Instructions

  1. Cut each croissant in half, lengthwise. Spread 3 Tablespoons of Ranch dressing onto each bottom half of croissant.Top the ranch dressing with desired amount of romaine lettuce, 2 slices tomato and 3 to 4 slices cooked bacon. Close sandwiches with top halves and serve!
