Blue Cheese Dip

Creamy, tangy blue cheese dip is filled with delicious flavor, yet it's so easy to make! A simple mix of blue cheese crumbles, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), light mayo, and seasonings make this the perfect appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces blue cheese crumbled, (about 1 cup)
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add all the above ingredients.
  2. Using a spatula or spoon, mix well to combine.
  3. Top with more crumbled blue cheese, chives, or sliced green onions. Serve with chips, veggies, or wings.

Notes

  • If stored properly in an airtight container in the fridge, the dip will stay fresh for up to about 4 days.
