Blue Cheese Dip (or dressing)

This easy blue cheese dip recipe is fantastic for veggies, chips or chicken, has only 5 ingredients and is mixed up in under 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces blue cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chives chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small bowl, gently combine all the ingredients until fully incorporated.
  2. Serve with wings, veggies or crackers.

Notes

  • Yield: About 3 cups of dip
